Living conditions provided in the hotel do not meet the basic requirements for cleanliness. There were pests (cockroaches) in the basin, mold, rotten rubbish and dirty rags in the refrigerator and in the cupboards, ashes in the drawer and dirt everywhere.

In chronological sequence: 1. Stuff barely speaks nether English, nor German, nor Russian 2. There is a smell in the entire building starting from reception 3. Room for 4 guests is dirty and with a smell of tobacco 4. BIG mature cockroaches in the basin 5. Mold in the fridge 6. Rotten garbage in the freezer, under the basin, on the shelves 7. Ashes in the drawer 8. Construction garbage in the small boiler room 9. Floor and walls are sticky, the latter smell like an ashtray 10. Shower in the corridor, separated from it just with a moldy curtain 11. TV on some Arabic language, no Wi-Fi in the room 12. Half-naked Arabic-looking man, wrapped in the towel, on the stairs on Sunday's morning.

unbelievable, small stinky expensive empty room, no facilities. TV not functioning, no WLAN/WiFi,
Alles!!!I It is even more awful then you can imagine. The 2 guys at the reception hardly speak any understandable language (they advertise that they speak and understand 6 or 7 languages on the website - probably only Eastern Turkey). The floor is not clean, the room is awful. I made a booking for a “classic 4-bed room” for 125 Euros!! but it is an old and dirty narrow and dark one-bed room (which cost between 47 E and 56 E (weekend) according to their price list, with a toilet and mini shower in a cupboard, sand on the floor, NO Wifi, TV does not function, very little kitchen table etc etc. The website info promises all rooms are 30 M2. This one was 2 x 5 meters = 10 m2!!! Unbelievable. I cannot believe that it is possible to book something like this through a good organisation as Booking! You should take a look if you have time and then get this awful place off Booking asap. I have to pay 125 E for this room, without breakfast. No sound isolation while the neighbor is snoring like a bear…. I could not get an invoice for my work because the boss was not there. They told me "essen, essen", which means eat and pointed to the breakfast space. There was not even bread. They said it would come later.... NEVER EVER book this!!! Unbelievable!!!!
